Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head – B.J. Thomas (bass)
About the song
Raindrops Keep Fallin’ on My Head was written by Burt Bacharach and Hal David for the film Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid (1969). B.J. Thomas sang it, and it won an Oscar for Best Original Song. A happy song in the rain with a bouncing bass line.
My Notes:
Another padam padam bass line that everybody recognizes. The outro of the song is a nice 4/5 step on bass.
Grab your bass and play along!
Sidenote:
I try to find recognizable easy to play songs for Bass on Rocksmith 2014. I don’t do extra practice for recording, so there will be mistakes. I changed the setup so the G string (orange) is on top and the E string is at the bottom, because I played TABS for guitar before. All songs are in the key of E standard. I like to thank all the creators of the custom DLC’s.
