Rocksmith 2014 CDLC – By JamesPrestonUK
Shotgun Blues – The Blues Brothers
About the song
The Blues Brothers started as a sketch on Saturday Night Live, with Dan Aykroyd and John Belushi as Elwood and Jake Blues. Their band had real soul legends, like guitarist Steve Cropper and bass player Donald “Duck” Dunn of Booker T. and the M.G.’s. That bass sound is the base of their music. A blues with a great groove.
Grab your bass and play along.
I try to find recognizable easy to play songs for Bass on Rocksmith 2014. I don’t do extra practice for recording, so there will be mistakes. I learned to play the bass guitar on Rocksmith. I changed the setup so the G string (orange) is on top and the E string is at the bottom, because I played TABS for guitar before. All songs are in the key of E standard I like to thank all the creators of the custom DLC’s.
